Hi Mr. the Amused One,
After all the fuzz about the young Lohan lately (most of it not related to "Georgia Rule" !!), I'm glad to see someone interested by the tragic destiny of the celebutante.
1. LOHAN MORE DANGEROUS THAN 50 CENT:
With DUI, crashing a $100,000+ Benz SL (which is a felony in itself!), underaged drinking, serial partying, "Fire Crotching" (going out without underwear), and transporting cocaine, it seems Lindsay is headed for St Quentin or Guantanamo after Rererehab...
Isn't that top ridiculous when those girls that should be "America's Darlings" (Lindsay, Britney, Richie, Paris..) start becoming more of a menace to society than let's say, Xzibit, 50 Cent, The Game, etc?
We should bear in mind that in comparison Xzibit is now a respectable car enthusiast that promotes green cars on Pimp My Ride, that Jay-Z has been a role model for violent youth, and that Tupac is sometimes quoted in College as a modern philosopher... In comparison, Paris is headed to jail, Nicole uses her wipers to make citations fall off her windshield and Lohan is a massive drinker, maybe cocaine dealer...
2. HOLLYWOOD REWARDS TALENT, PUNISHES RIDICULE:
Hollywood is not a playground, it will reward nicely genuine talent (Marylin has been dead for almost half a century but remains an immaculate icon), but it is pushing those who are not talented off the cliff: look at KFed rap performances, at Vanilla Ice who neared suicide when all his work and style was being mocked, and I am certain the bunch of "socialite/grownup child stars/celebutantes" that occupies the headlines today will lay in total ridicule for the rest of their public lives...
After all, a recent poll found that an overwhelming proportion of Americans find these girls annoying and overexposed...
3. REHAB IS NOT A SOFT VERSION OF JAIL:
It is a very serious process that should be life changing. If going to "Rehab", or rather "Rerehab" as you smartly put it (and YES it should be called this way), is the best way their lawyers found to avoid them a direct jail or community service sentence, it is totally useless.
The best proof is that as soon as they live the facility, those celebrities tend to party 5 times harder in order to make up for the "lost", sobre days in rehab.
CONCLUSION:
All I hope is that people, viewers, will properly reward / punish those behaviors. I think that a rapper who starts gunfighting, swearing, hating, dealing, but who ends up being a businessman, promoting talents and efforts deserves public approval, but a person perceived as a "nice girl" who ends up like this should face public disgrace.
Hope this inspires you somehow,
Cheers.

She has terrible mom and dad and no education. Her father is a convict and her mom has been seen getting loaded along with her (she replaced into under age via the way). Why do you think of maximum of latest child actors finally end up in vast worry? they think of they are untouchable...given regardless of they want. They get a warped experience of fact. Why the hell do those bars/golf equipment wreck out with serving minors time afte time after time? If police could enforce the regulation and slap those golf equipment with extensive fines for serving minors, in step with probability they could a minimum of stay homestead and get bombed. i comprehend that she is now criminal, however the trend started a protracted time in the past. All that stated, she is an grownup and to blame for her options. this is probable that she'll get locked up for a quick time.

Yes, it should.
I have 2 more for you:
If this girl is twenty, why didn't those brainless photographers take their cameras into the bar, and photograph everyone behind the bar, and put THAT on page one? it is illegal to serve a 20 year old, in all 50 states.
Where in freaking 'heck' is her mother?
