I dropped the perpendicular from C to side AB (makes a 90 degree angle with AB).

This I will call the height (h) knowing that the area is one half of base*height. Here AB is my base.

h/7 = Sin(B)
h = 7*Sin(50) = 5.3623

Area =
0.5*AB*h = 0.5*12*5.3623 = 32.174...

area of a triangle, is

0.5 X a X b X Sin C

so "35 X sin98 "= 34.65
