He needs some serious help and she needs to distance herself and the children away from him. The only thing she should be focusing on is getting help for her child and making sure he can't do anything like this again. I would recommend having her contact child welfare services and reporting it.

I do not believe that divorce is the answer in most situations but I really believe that she NEEDS to get out. In order to protect her children she must do this. Her child needs to get some counseling also. Plus, she needs to press charges against her husband. Her children don't need to feel like he could hurt them again. When I was a child, I was sexually abused and my grandmother kept it a huge secret and of course the man got away with it. No telling how many other children were hurt by him.

I guess it's up to her, whether she wants him in jail or just away from the kids.
Either way, they guy moves out. If she doesn't want him, for money or love reasons, to go to jail, then she should set a series of conditions - or else!
- divorce and child support.
- no visits with the kids (or the young girls, at least) unsupervised.
- he gets professional help. (This could be tricky. Some states, a professional is REQUIRED to report any cases of abuse. Check first)
- ensure that he stays away from any other temptations; i.e. no girlfriends with young daughters.
What turns someone on, in my opinion, is set by birth or at a very early age. It can't be "fixed", but it can be managed with willpower; don't expect the guy to suddenly be cured and all is forgiven.

Call the police, get him out of the house, call an attorney, get the kids and yourself to couseling ASAP, get help from your family or friends.
Your top priority are the kids and yourself. Do not wait. If you do not act - you can be held legally responsible if he continues this behavior. This means you could go to jail and lose your kids because you did not act.

She should now protect these kids from him. Shocked that she has to ask this. He needs to be away from kids and get help. It may be her husband and the childrens father, but it's her responsibility to protect these kids from ANYONE that will harm them. She needs to call the police NOW and stop him from seeing these kids. She also needs to get the 7 yr old to a counsellor fast.

I honestly think she should contact the authorities....When it comes to any abuse against a child thats one of life's ultimate crimes...I don't feel any sorrow or pity for the person who committed such a sick act....
I deeply hope this child is okay and I hope your friend can find the peace that she will need after all this is said and done....
Best of Luck***

She needs to call the cops and have him arrested before he molests more of the their kids!!!
He's probably molested all of them at one point. And don't even remotely think a habitual pedophile can be rehabilitated.

i would have had an annulment the day after he told me!!!
she needs to get rid of him - have the police come and pick him up - then talk to each of the children to see if they have been harmed also. such a shame.
