Talk about a pet peeve. I used to drive pizzas. My car, several miles, 15 minutes drive for dinner because someone is too lazy to cook or go out. Less than a buck tip, maybe 6 customers an hour. We won't go into rainy weather.
I compare to a restaurant wait person who expects 15% or more tip.

In a way, yeah. When I was short on cash, I invited the pizza guy in to do the nasty. He accepted. Ever since then, I am told all the pizza guys fight on who's going to deliver to my house.
