It was negative, still no period and I am not ever late. Should I test again or wait a week or so? The thing is my fiancee leaves town for a week for business this Friday. I don't really want to find out when he is gone, you know? Should I just test tomorrow? If I wait till he's gone after that long I will pretty much know I am pregnant and want him there for the "finding out part"

i am 7 weeks pregnant now with my first baby and we tested with Clear blue 2 weeks back.
the result was really confusing for us, because the vertical bar on the result window which is supposed to indicate positive showed up instantly after i dipped it.
after much reading of the instructions, we were able to understand that its due to the high hcg levels since i was well past my period time.
these things are very misleading as they are. test again with something reliable. after all this is your future your talking about.

I think that your just freaking out. Your body may be doing some changes maybe you have been stressed or your diet has changed that can change a lot of things. But if you are sure that there is a possibility then just wait until he gets home. He's not gone forever and there is not much you can do anyways so waiting a few days wont kill you.

Don't stress out about it. Try and put it in the back of your mind. I was late once and took a test and it said negative then I stressed out that I still was late and it finally came almost a week and a half late. If you stress yourself out, it will delay your period even longer.

I would try a better test like the Clear Blue digital read I think it is like $16 and it is very accurate i used other test and that is the only one that read that I was pregnant, Three TIMES!! I tried cheaper ones but that was the only one that would say that i was. And you can always test and suprise your hunny with a baby outfit, and a new daddy card!!

I would wait another week if your period doesnt come i would say go to walgreens and buy a ept test those always have worked for me. Their about 8 dollars.

Well...take another test tomorrow and if it is negative wait till he comes back if he is not gonna be gone too long. If he is, and you are still late take one anyway. I told my husband over the phone and trust me, it was just as exciting as if I had told him in person! Good luck!

i found out i was pregnant with a dollar store test.
my best friend found out she was pregnant with a dollar store test.
my sister-in-law is a labor and delivery nurse and she said the the tests that they sell at the dollar store are the same as the ones they use in the hospital!
that person is an idiot!

Yep, probably too early. Wait until a minimum of the day your era is due, if no longer a pair of days previous that to allow your hormone levels to maintain hiking, while you're somewhat pregnant. stable success, and that i desire you get the end result you're searching for!
