well, it depends on where the sperm is when it's being consumed. If it was ejaculated into the vagina, and then the man is trying to eat it up, so that the woman doesn't get pregnant, well, yes. Because he might miss a few.

No silly. Unless you have seen a witch doctor first. And you have sex on a tightrope. With no safety net. And a midget named Hugo has to be watching. And he has to be wearing navy blue pants with red stripes. And holding a corn dog. Not eating... just holding. That detail is very important.

I don't know of any super sperm! It would have to swim through the entire gastrointestinal tract, including the hazardous journey through the stomach and its' highly acidic 2.5 pH, then it would have to swim out of the rectum or urethra into the vagina. So unless there are some extra extra curricular activities going on, your vagina is safe. :)
