Go to somewhere like Bravenet.com and get a form service. They give you copy and paste code for email forms that allow composing of emails right on the site and it is free.

You'll need to do this with server side scripting.

When the form is posted, you will have to capture the form values and use sendmail or whatever mail program your server has to send the mail to you from that page. If you have php support, there are mail scripts that can help with this.
