Yes, I do in with 4 computers every day. make sure you have service pack 6a and a good antivirus like AVG or Avast installed. Also you should use a router. For a good basic router try the Linksys network Everywhere NR041wm Router. you can get it from Walmart for around $40. It is bulletproof.
EDIT\Addon:
WHOA! 80mb of RAM. You should be running at least 128mb with modern antivirus. That is going to be one slow puppy. 75Mhz? It that an old 486?
Still, yes you can get on the DSL with a ethernet connetion.

yes you can use dsl on any computer if you have the right modem for it. which should come with the service if needed

Check with your Internet provider. I would think your Internet connection would work with NT4.
