If he doesn't have the time to give you the attention that you need, then I'd say he's obviously not "everything you want in a man." Maybe what you need in a man includes dedicating his time to you. I'm not going to go so far as to recommend you break up with him, but maybe you need to rethink what you're really looking for.

Love is willing the good of the other as other and not as an extension of one's own ego driven ends. If you truly love your boyfriend, the question that you will ask yourself at this moment is not what your desires are for yourself in terms of the relationship, but what is the objective good in regards to your boyfriend.

Do him a favor and break up anyhow you are way too good for him, or anybody else for that matter. Yeah the best thing to do is live your life with your ego to keep you company.

Back off! Maybe you are smothering him. If you keep pushing him he will break up with you. It might be time for you to move on and find someon who is willing to give you the attention you are begging for!!!

It is not about you. Love does mean making things about the one you love. It applies in romance and in spiritual faith. It is about my loved one and, even more so, it is about God.
If you live for YOU, you will never be satisfied.
When you truly love another, you will be willing to sacrifice for that person. Their needs are more important than yours. The beauty of that is that your loved one will treat you the same way. Example? How God sacrificed for YOU.

i'm confused everything you said is all in one sentence and in one paragraph it makes it kind of hard to understand the problem maybe you should just talk to him and ask what he wants it's weird that no one ever seems to think to actually ask the other person i definately think you need to learn to use periods and commas though

Perhaps what he said was just a cover up. Maybe your complete non use of punctuation is what really makes him angry.
