Look at your life. You are lazy. Lazy because you just lay around. Are you wanting things to get done for you? You also said you was stupid. Life is just passing you buy. In order to fix the problem you have is to get up off your lazy butt and do the things you have said needs done. Work out. Clean up your room. Don't lay around in bed and sleep all day & night. Get out of your room and make yourself known to the world around you. You have to. That's the only way to fix your problem. Only you can do it.

G'day mate,
I'm guessin your a teen or early twennies..
Cause... that's when it's time for you to 'VEG' Yep and age old symptom of growing upski ( that's russian for 'up') Years n years n years ago... it was a recognised fact that younguns in their teens needed to just lay about for a year or two and.. that was allowed. Unfortunately in this industrialized world of capitalistic greed and mayhem... this practice is frowned upon and discouraged by brainwashed parents and their peers.
I would suggest finding a cave somewhere and taking a few simple basics and pissing off to that place, hide and when you decide you want to get off your **** and dance to the tune of the rich man, you can do just that.. and hopefully you will come to your senses and learn to live a peacfull and emotionally fulfilling life without the rat race coming down on you.
Lazy is not you... that is a put down that parents use to abuse their kids. You can get up to go to the loo? then you are not lazy at all eh?
You're room is just the way you want it, chill... don't worry so much.. it is reflecting your inner self at the moment.
Keep the door locked.. no matter what Dr Phil tells your mum n dad..
Go get a musical instrument to give your hand something else to do, regardless that you won't go blind doing it, no matter what the pope say's.
And the big downer... no you are not alone or unique in this state of mind.. most teens go through it if allowed..

I've been on each side of this query, and I'm simply as disgusted with the patrons who feel not anything of doing matters on the way to no longer handiest inconvenience you, the clerk, but in addition the entire different patrons in view that you must drop the whole lot to wash up as I am with the impolite, smug and lazy clerks who feel that cussing me out counts as buyer carrier and that I, the paying buyer, exist handiest as a bane to their in any other case excellent life.

You need to start taking vitamins. B12 would work. You need to find an activity that you enjoy doing, besides sleeping. I know how this is. It is a sign of depression. You need a buddy to be able to do things with. If you want suggestions or just to chat im me.

Being lazy can become a bad habit. You need to motivate yourself and have some self disipline. And maybe eat better that can cause you to crash too.

there could be many reasons.. many many reasons for the way you feel.. could be depression, could be malnutrition, could be your hormones are out of whack.. could be an infection (deep tissue bacterial lung infections cause these same symptoms.. I've had one.. it's not fun).. it could be low self esteem ... there is no way for me to know sitting here on this side of the computer from you.. you should go see your family doctor and make sure you have no medical reason for the way you feel then go from there.

Have you thought about ADD medication? Its odd, but those are all symptoms of Adult ADD.
I used to be like that, but got on Dexadrine, and its helped alot. I went from failing or withdrawing from school every semister, to getting 3.5+ GPA every semister.
