labor: 1x + 2y ≤ 80
count: x + y ≤ 60

to graph 1st inequality, draw a line from x intercept at 80 to y intercept at 40. likewise from x intercept 60 to y intercept 60 for 2nd. shade the polygon enclosed by these lines and the x and y axes. It will have corners at (0,0), (0,40), (40,20), and (60,0).
