Gatorade? its a drink that has enzymes and sugar to keep your body hydrated when you exert yourself. it was developed for the Florida Gators football team

Gatorade is water that has electrolytes (dissolved minerals, like sodium and potassium), sugars and flavorings added to water.

The idea is, that athletes sweat out these minerals, so Gatorade adds these minerals back into the body along with the water. It's supposed to be better than plain water for athletes.

I've never heard of heather water.

water is always healthiest. it doesnt have all the sugars that mess up your teeth. but i like gatorade, the sugar gives me energy.
