Yes, I used Gripe Water when my daughter was an infant. I asked our pediatrician about it first and he said that lots of parents swear by it and if you can find it go ahead and give it a try(He's been a pediatrician for 40 years). Just make sure that it doesn't contain alcohol and that it's made in the U.S.

My older son was a little sensitive to foods. I just cut my diet to a particularly bland life and he was fine. I was able to add foods and spices slowly as he matured. I never used gripe water but did eat foods with acidophilus and bifidus in it (lots of yogurt). Good luck

I checked with my daughter's pediatrician first about two different gripe water's and she approved them both. She said they used to contain alcohol but they've taken that out now so they're safe to use. I used one from Babies R Us which worked pretty good but had to be refrigerated and I also purchased one called Colic Calm which can also help with symptoms of reflux (which my daughter has), that one worked really good too.
