If you have a bag of 13 balls labeled 1 - 13 and you select any two of those numbers. What are the odds of those two being the LAST 2 randomly drawn from the bag?

prob 1st ball is NOT one of the selected 2 is 11/13, prob 2nd ball is NOT is 10/12, and so on, so

P = 11/13 • 10/12 • ... • 1/3 = 1/78, so odds are 77 to 1 against.

if after u select the balls you put them back to the bag:

Possible cases: 13*13=169

if by the last two u mean {12;13} and {13;12}

u have a probability: p=2/169

if by the last two u mean {12;13} only:
p=1/169
