Talk to someone at a Home Depot, Lowes, or any other plumbing supply store. They may sell kits to access the cast iron drain.

I do have a bad feeling you are going to end up hiring a plumber for this!

If you cannot access the drainline above the concrete, you will need to chop it out. You can then cut the cast iron and use No-hub couplings to connect a piece of PVC and any fittings needed into the line. These couplings can be found at Home Centers and Plumbing supply houses.

That is the worst of all possible worlds. If you can't access the pipe inside a wall somewhere, you are seriously screwed; the only thing you can do is exactly what you would expect: jackhammer the floor, and dig up and replace the pipe. At least the replacement can be plastic.
