They should but the likelihood that they will are 2 different things..its hollywood and the "wonderful" life of celebs- that is apparently ran by a whole other set of rules than the rest of us plain folk..i mean look at britney spears and her "rock bottom" - running around shaving her head, assaulting papparrazi with umbrellas, a normal person would have been locked up and her kids removed from the home...please too many behind the scenes profit from this and it is really sad

They can be held responsible for serving alcohol to a minor(s) but not for her issues. I just read a story that says that the club she was in is denying that they served her anything. She lives in a sad world of her own.

all these clubs that serve these underage celebrities should be fined. if it was any other person they would be in alot more trouble. and so would the bars that served them.

Don't be ridiculous. She is a drunken lunatic who is choosing to do this to herself. She is a legal adult (or is she? - I assume she's 21) so it is up to her to grow up and make her own choices.

linsay have money no one will refuse to give her what she want especially if they get a big tip i will not refuse her any and she have a mined of her own she knows wrong from right

they probably don't care on way or another. as long as she and any other celebrities are going to their clubs, that's fine with them.
