You can not buy an English title;you have to be in the line of succession to receive an English title.
There are organizations such as Burke's Peerage and Debrett's that keep track of bogus titles;impostors are always found out and exposed!

Dream on. You can't buy noble titles. They are granted by royal letter patent. So don't beleive that rubbish on the Internet about buying titles, for a start they bogus ones.
