I think that the first single off of toxicity, Chop Suey! was awesome. This is a great question because so many System songs are really good.

Deer Dance is a great one. I also love the transition from Forest into Atwa. Two of my other favorites.

hmm wow, that's tough.
probably either "Chop Suey", "Toxicity", or "Aerials". ALOT of their songs are good so it's really hard to pick the best.
