I need driving directions...?

Question

I need driving directions from Manchester NH to Walter Reed Medical Center. The FASTEST way. I've gotten so many directions, from 8 hours to 5 hours. If I can get directions for 5 hours, that would be awesome! Anything less then 7 hours would be perfect! Please help!!! Thanks!!

First of all mapquest sucks , second of all five hours is impossible , eight hours will be tough.
I'm going to see if I can decrease driving time by increasing the actual distance by 70-90 miles or so
Sort of use Mapquest but try this routing:
Manchester NH >Harrisburg PA But when you get to Hartford stay on I-84 W to I-684 and then pick up mapquests directions again on I-287 at White Plains
Then mapquest again from Harrisburg to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Alexandria VA
This detour will add 70 miles or so but that number will rapidly disappear because you won't have to mess w/ most NYC traffic and also most of the traffic between NYC & DC. and that will save you a lot of time
In addittion there are no tolls so you will actually save about ten bucks.
The key to doing this fast is not hitting traffic. If you hit Hartford between 9-10:30 A M you should miss everything down the line

Assuming you have Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for a car, it'll be a breeze! N.B. You might want to store some extra petrol in the back seats, and maybe a trunk money if anyone tries any funny business. It'll be a long drive, so leave about 8 days early, that way when you get there you can soak in some sun and relax a bit before the big day. Don't forget your Tic-Tacs. Good luck.
