Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn have been known about since antiquity and are all naked-eye objects, easily visible (albeit not at all hours of the night nor all year round).
The 4 Galilean Moons of Jupiter (Ganymede, Callisto, Io and Europa). the asteroid 4 Vesta and the planet Uranus are all 5th magnitude and can therefore be only seen under good viewing conditions.
Neptune and Pluto are too faint for naked eye observation.
Venus which can be as bright as - 4.6 magnitude can be seen during daylight hours too.

Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn are all naked eye planets. Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and all asteroids are telescopic objects. Except on rare occasions when an asteroid comes unusually close to Earth and can be see naked eye.
