If it literally occurred, I would look confused, because I am always the last to know when anything happens. If you are asking metaphorically, I'm pretty certain that not much would change. Humans interpret a good deal about a person subconsciously, based on movements, changes to the face, etc. and that usually factors in to our level of attraction to said person. But I guess there would be some important differences. I'd really like to see how Paris Hilton would manifest a "waste of genetic potential."

You seen the Matrix when Morpheus was talking to Neo about how the machines took over the world. It was bleak, barren and very dark. That's how I feel most of the time with everyday things such as bills, not having enough money, etc. Sometimes, I do feel like the sunshine shining above the dark clouds and that's very rare.
