Put a bunch of dry ice in a metal tub on the floor, buy a little portable fan that plugs in your cigarette lighter and face it towards you. keep a small squirt bottle of water that you can mist onto yourself, park in the shade as much as possible so the car doesn't get too hot sitting.
I had a friend in high school a long time ago that put a house window airconditioner in his back seat and hooked it up to a power inverter that ran off his battery---was quite funny and didn't last long, killed the battery I think but it was ingenius, if not cheap.

Well get the windows fixed and the A/C that will work the best. If not then you should get ice packs to sit in the seats and drive with wet towels in your seats and around your neck.

I had a cousin with a very similar problem a couple years back.
She was able to find a small fan at walmart, and I'm not exactly sure if it was made for a car, or if she had an adapter for the cigarette lighter, but she set it on her dashboard and aimed it at herself.

I been there sweetie, believe it or not, those portable bottle misters are a life saver... you can clip the mister end to your sun viser to keep you cooler, also if your lighter plug in thingie (real technical I know) works, get a small fan that plugs in there.... in combination with the mist, you will feel like you're in a fridge :)

They make little fans that plug into the cigarette outlet, that is, if that works. I have never had one for my car, but I have a little one (like 8 inches across) that works really well.
