Harley makes a performance package called "Screaming Eagle" but since everything for Jap bikes is sub-standard the best they have is the squealing beagle package.

It's probably just another nickname for the Harley-Davidson "Screamin' Eagle" hop-up kit (also known as the "Squawkin' Chicken"...).

as far as i know its a slam on a cheap aftermarket performace mod called a screaming eagle. Inferior low quality peices made to replace average to low quality stock HD junk.
