I think nursing would be a good field for you to look into. In that program you will be able to do all the thing you are looking for in this career. How ever the school of nursing is hard, but it has to be or every one would be able to do it.

Daphne C has the right idea. One of the departments at your college (Counseling, Academics, or Career Services) will have counselors that specialize in career development. The Meyer-Brigg Type Indicator is a popular personality test that is used for career assessment. Others include Self-Directed Search, Strong Interest Inventory, Career Scope, DISCOVER, and Career Cruising.
When choosing a career its good to not only know yourself (likes, dislikes, interest, personality, etc) but to be familiar with the world of work. Research the careers you're interested in. Interview someone who has that job. Job shadow or do an internship in that field. Make sure its a fit for you.
I originally wanted to be a secondary teacher and discovered I don't really enjoy being around teenagers after doing some observation hours at a school.
If it makes you feel better I changed my major 5 times before happening across the right one.

Consider what you like to do rather than what you are good at: you will gain skills as you do what you like :-)
If you have not done so already, visit your academic counselor's office to take the Myers-Briggs personality test: it will offer suggestions on career options based on your preferences (e.g., I am independent, a bit introverted, and I also enjoy assisting others, so I definitely enjoy my job as a professor, and would not do well in sales--that would be a nightmare for someone with my preferences).
After you do some reflecting about what you like; take the test; and then begin narrowing down your choices as you research the different fields of interest.
Take care.

Why not be a nurse or nurse's aide or a physician's assistant? You don't need to go to college to do clerical work.

You should choose the political science. And will become a politician. So that you can save the world from the worse and cruel leader. At least we will find one to whom we can trust.
