I would see no reason why they would not deliver to you in the rain.
What I normally to is that I get the FedEx tracking number from the sender. Then I log on to www.fedex.com and go to tracking. From there you can also set up an email alert so that they can inform you of any delays--rather than you pacing the floor wondering "is it here yet... is it here yet?"!!

You should have gotten a tracking number, you can track your package online if you have that code. It'll tell you what city your package is in, and when the expected deliver date is.

yes if you ar someone is at the delovery place if not they will leave a door tag saying they were there you have 2 more chances after that
