The correct time is something that has been agreed upon by various international agencies. But in a philosophical sense the correct time is just a man-made construct, a shared illusion.

I like having the correct time but all it's really done is show me how late most other people are, and how many devices in the world have wildly inaccurate time. :)

Special relativity shows the speed of light is the same for all observers. A consequence of this rule is that time is not constant: clocks run at different rates for different observers depending on the relative motion of the clocks and observers.

You see, we all have different times, not necessarily wrong times.
