In the land of make believe.... unless of course you set up your own web server with your own drives and your own service provider. But then you'll have to pay for each of those things so they aren't free either.

only a fool would provide a service like that, bandwidth and the associated hardware and software costs ALOT of money.
free + unlimited = incompatible

You wont find one, the bandwidth is where all the expense goes. Just image some company offering that, can you see ebay, Yahoo, Google, MSN running with NO EXPENSE!! Not likely.
