Yes, there is need for more help! A few more counselling centres, besides de-addiction and rehab institutions! The problem is not necessarily associated with poverty anymore, it may be poverty of emotional stability and poverty of philosophy in a land which subscribes to the 'ism' advocated by the ones who wrote theses on philosophy of poverty!
