No, not in the literal sense of the word. A virgin is simply someone who has never had sex. If you've had sex, even once, even just for a minute, you're no longer a virgin. Now, if you're referring to your hymen - which is often broken the first time a girl has sex (which is how some people tell whether or not you're a virgin) then, no that does not grow back. Though, that can break from exercise or tampons or any number of other ways so it's really not a real deciding factor on virginity. However, if you're religious you can become "born again" which is in the eyes of God or whatever you'll "spiritually" be a virgin again - though physically, and as far as your memory goes, you're not really a virgin.

Depends on what you mean by "virginity".
Its like truth, virginity has many meanings.
Truth can be:
- factual = truth
- emotionally accurate = genuineness
- geometrically straight = trueness of an arrow
etc...
The question behind your question is "what is virginity".
Wikipedia says virginity is the state of one who has never engaged in (marital) intercourse. It can also mean a drink with no alcohol, or someone not initiated into something, like a newbie.
If you know the question is stupid, its likely that you are not asking how to remove the alcohol from a drink, or to become a newbie at a game.
The next question becomes what constitutes "sexual intercourse". There are sad people who thought that if they only went part of the way, first base, second base... but not "all the way" that they were virgins. They didnt realize that they were involved in sexual activities, and having done them were no longer newbies to them. They had taken away their virginity, and didn't know it.
There are surgical procedures that will make your body look like its a (marital) intimacy newbie. It doesnt affect your heart, or mind.
SOMETHING TAKEN IS NOT THE SAME AS SOMETHING GIVEN. Here is a key you need to know. This could save the life of your heart. If you had something taken, that does not take away your virginity. It is a brutal action, a terrible thing to have happen to you, but it is not the same as giving yourself willingly and wholy to someone who loves you and is giving themselves willingly and wholy to you. Note: boys brains dont fully form, and therefore their selves are not whole, and can not be given whole and complete, until after they are about 22-24 years. Thats their puberty, and you need to be able to wait until the boy can truly deeply love and respect you (aka you arent an 18 yr old dating a 24 year old).

In theory, being a born virgin is one that has sex and then abstains from having sex until after marriage... of course that is like putting the cart before the horse. However I saw a news story on public television that talked about a surgical procedure to re-create the illusion of virginity. That way when they got married, the muslim husband will believe that his wife's virginity was his to have... Of course it's her little secret.

Physically, your hymen can be surgically reinstated if you're female. Morally, emotionally and mentally; no. May I ask why you'd even want to do that? If you made a mistake, forgive yourself and move on. Most guys don't know the difference anyway - LOL!

How long has it been for you?
If it is over like 2 years, I would say yes... you are a virgin again.
