increasing taxes, naw, thats dumb. just helping some poor follks at the expense of others. if schools system was competitive, it would cost 4k annually, so government saves 7k and thats billions annually.

well, doesn't sound like it would... maybe lower prices and higher taxes... what he should try to do is encourage spending in order to lower prices and the NEED for high taxes.
