Rich Broz, we are already very proud that you have the faith to quit the previous ones which cause serious harm to health quickly, cigarettes perhaps are harder because the effects of the harm they do are less obvious but built up with time. :) We all know that , don't we ? hehe

You conquered the Giants already who can demolish us with one blow, now it's the ants, don't let the ants eat us up because what the Giants and ants can do to us, is the same end result. Conquer the ants :)

first of all, congrats on quitting. quitting ANYTHING is a long and hard process, and right now you're experiencing the crappiest part of quitting. sounds like withdrawels to me. your body became so dependent on pot that it cant get back on track now that you've stopped smoking. if you're not eatin much, you need to be drinking lots and LOTS of water. Keep your body hydrated or you're going to be feeling even worse and could potentially end up in the hospital. I cant say that I've ever experienced withdrawels from anything, so the best advice i can give is to google some natural remedies for pot withdrawels. you'll find something, trust me. just remember, its mind over matter. you'll get through this, just keep moving forward. i'm sorry i couldn't be more of a help. good luck

Thats awesome youve done that...Im in the same boat as you, on the cigarette thing. I just recently enrolled with the American Cancer Society though. Im waiting on a booklet of info theyre sending me. They are supposedly going to help me quit. At least I took the first step, and that was making the call. Im most likely going to start with the patch. Im hoping its in the next 2 weeks. Im sick of cigarettes. They run my life.*

Hey, don't worry about it. My gramma has been smoking since she was 8 y/o, she is now 71 and smokes about 3 packs a day! Just be mindful when you smoke. Don't smoke absentmindedly in other words. When you have a cig, do so purposefully and with intent.. enjoy it.

BUT SERIOUSLY....
I quit cigarettes for 6 months and then started again...
I hate myself for it!
My husband tells me that I don't want to let go of the one last BAD HABIT I DO, if that makes sense.I will continue to beat myself up about it ,but,
I know one day I will end the this NASTY HABIT...@ least know that you are "NOT ALONE" and "I PRAISE YOU" for quiting everything else...
just take it one day @ a time don't overwhelm yourself either,

try to make daily vows to yourself and dont try to stop cold turkey...do a little bit at a time and gradually decrease. what would help is to find a snack or something to do that is better to help keep your mind off of it.
