6 and a half inches is average for any average fullly grown male so yh at the age of 16 that is more than ok. also i do have to say it is not always the size of ur penis that matters it is if u know how to use it or not

What I would like to know is if you decide it's too small what will you do about it? Learn to live with what you got. You can't change it anyway, no matter what the Internet promises you. And for the record you seem about average to me.

At 16 you are not going to get much bigger. It's average, for any age.
