No one. I tell them what they need to hear often. The bad things I need to say to a certain person will never be said because it is already too late. I was also taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

My boyfriend needs to hear that I love him and he's the best thing that has ever happened to me
My family needs to hear a big THANK YOU because they do so much for me and an I love you.
My friends need to hear a thank you for helping me during rough times, an apology for whenever I said something mean to or about them when I really didn't mean it, and an I love you because I do love them.
And you don't want to know what I would say to the people who I don't like/who treat me like sh*t...;]

I make sure that that is never an issue in my life!
I'm a nurse, with HospiceCare, & I've seen too many people beat themselves up for what they didn't say, when they had the chance.
(Of course, I tell them it's never too late....)

Unfortunately, I didn't get to her, before it was too late. But I am helping her cope. I know it's not what you wanna hear? But she's gettin' through it. And I am there to make sure she does!!
