I am pretty much a conservative, and fundamental Christian, I am kind of vocal about my right to say "Jesus is Lord" in public as liberals are vocal about "Jesus is a myth".
I asked aquestion approx 2 days ago regarding the "one road to Heaven" topic, because even amongst many "believers" I have talked with they reference "other ways, or doctrine" contrary to the Bible as being ok ,and "God approved".
I got 6 responses in 2 days.
I asked a question about Rosie, approx 20 hours ago (I have not been happy with Rosie since I watched her attackTom Seleck on her show. I also have noticed how hateful she looks at people that disagree with her "lifestyle" based on Christian principles). I got 14 replys to that one.
In less than 24 hrs I got more than twice the replies about Rosie, than I got about the Savior of the entire world, Creator of all there is.
Why is there such a difference?
Why not more interest in your eternal soul?

I read that question and starred it. I didn’t answer it because you succinctly answered it within the question and your added comments.
As to Rosie, I think she self identified very well, I don’t have the exact quote handy but it was something like -- the big, fat, lesbian, bully picking on poor pregnant Elisabeth. This was after she went off on Elisabeth Hasselbeck in a show following the one where she said Christians are terrorists.
In my opinion it is a sad that someone with such talent, ability and fame should squander it in the manner in which she does. It may be though that God has hardened her heart for another purpose as He did Pharaohs.

People are less apt to respond to questions that are, serious, require thinking, questions that require feelings or facts, etc......
As far as Rosie, most of those questions can be answered based on opinions, what they actual seen on TV, what they read in the paper, what they heard, or they can even give a funny response (and be ok)
As you stated, you are very vocal about "Jesus is Lord", how can someone argue, debate, or even comment on that, with out the fear of maybe saying the wrong thing in someones mind.
Questions about Jesus will go on forever.
Questions about Rosie will only last a couple of months. Making this a easy subject without lasting effect.
Even though only a few people answered your question about Jesus. I'm sure that more people read your question and read the answers.
We all are human and we all want to know. Just because we do not say anything does not mean we do not care.

For those who believe that "all roads lead to Heaven", I beg to differ. The Bible is quite clear.
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. " - John 14:6
Obviously Christ is the only way to get to Heaven. Other "ways" and "doctrines" all teach you that you can get to Heaven by your own works, which the Bible is also clear about:
" For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. " Ephesians 2:8-9
No one on Earth is "good enough" to get to Heaven. Thank God that He sent His Son to take the punishment for our sins and allow us access to Heaven.
I don't watch Rosie. She represents the "world" that is under the control of Satan. She "normalizes" confusion and error, and the public eats it up. I feel sorry for her because she was probably a very sweet child at one point, but bad things probably happened to her as a child and she made worse choices as she grew up. However, as an adult, she is still responsible for her own behavior and choices, and God will hold her accountable for those. I pray that she may turn to the Lord someday and be saved.

Rosie is a current event. Everything in the Bible happened over 2,000 years ago.

Sign of the times.Hedonism and idolatry is rampant throughout the entire world.Are you really that shocked by the pagan responses here?I've come across less than a dozen Christians since I've surfed here.

Poeple are confused.
Look, we all know that killing innocent people is some thing bad and we call it sin. Even atheist believe it is wrong.
The truth is always the truth, there are lots of differences because there are lots of lie in our religions.
Yes, there is one road to heaven and it called honestly with pure heart. Even Atheist can carry such heart with himself.

many people do not evven believe in the path to heaven or anything because more and more people do not believe in god these days. everyone in the country has heard about rosie and her ways, so it is more popular.
