it is named after the Earl of Hamburger, NOT because it has ham in it.
It's named after the guy and the place, not the meat!

Lets just say that NO ONE KNOWS for sure what is really in hamburger just like they dont REALLY know whats in sausage and hotdogs except for the meat packing people they know but Im sure they dont want to tell any of us what the REAL ingredients are!
