I found this message above my mail box:

"Unusual Activity Detected
To protect you, your account has been suspended from sending, saving, and receiving mail for up to 48 hours"

I did not do anything wrong and i really need my account! How do i get it back as fast as possible and how can i make sure this never happens again?

Sounds like somebody hijacked your email account. You can try running, Superantispyware as this program is known to find what all other miss. Download the free version.

If a virus or spyware is found suggest you reboot.

Might also be a good idea to get a new email account and a password with alpha/digits.
