Do a lot of ppl experience this? I have no contractions during the day usually and if I do, they are few and far between. At night is a different story, though. It's horrible. Normal?

Braxtons are more common at night when you're relaxing. Make sure you drink lots of water and if you are having more than 5 in an hour, call you health care practicioner

well, are you drinking enough fluids? b/c dehydration can cause BH. who wants to drink water before you go to bed and have to get up to pee, but, hey, try drinking water, and see if that helps. it could just be the baby moving funny too, or in a wierd position at night. or also could be from swelling, wich leads back to dehydration...so try it, see if it helps. pregnant woman are supposed to drink 10 glasses of fluids a day, just so you know..

the baby is most likely awake at night. and you drink less at night to keep from needing to pee all night
