Unfortunately Disney holds their stuff a little tighter to the chest than most other companies. You're not likely to find them floating around the web for free. You can likely buy a select few on eBay or from SamuelFrench.com. Sometimes eBay has autographed scripts being auctioned for charity!
For other network shows you can check out Twiztv.com or www.script-o-rama.com and you can get just about any film script at www.imsdb.com.

I would just go to google and type in the name of the show or movie you were trying to find a script for and then write 'transcript' after it

It is call a library. Ask the librarian for help.
