[ NO ] = [ Br2 ] = [NOBr] = 0.20 / 1.5 = 0.133 M

Q = (0.133)^2 ( 0.133) / (0.133)^2 = 0.133 < 2

the reaction is not at equilibrium and it will proceed in foward direction
