Try and relax, you would know if you had a miscarriage. You would ahve had bright red bleeding with cramping, and passing clots. It's normal to be scared of losing a pregnancy, but stress can be harder on you when you're pregnant.
Good luck!

Calm down sweety. A lot of people don't feel pregnant until at least 4 months. Consider yourself lucky with no morning sickness, and the breast tenderness. If you see blood, that's when you should get worried and run to the doctor. However if the heartbeat flickered on the u/s, the baby probaly just switched positions and the technicians lost him/her for a sec. Calm down stress is not good for you right now.

calm down. at nine weeks you should not be feeling a lot of anything. You cannot have a miscarriage and not know about it. YOu have lots and lots of heavy bleeding a severe cramping like no other cramping. You would have to seek medical attention. There is no way you could not notice a miscarriage. However, not to scare you, but there are a million other things that could happen. THe baby could not be alive anymore for various reason or not growing. But the likelihood of that is very small. The only thing that can help you is to call you obgyn and tell them how scared you are. they can help. i think you can go in at almost any time unscheduled to hear a heartbeat just to be sure everyhting is still okay. do that. take advantage of it. that is what they are there for.

You are just having a great pregnancy so far, enjoy it. I felt this way too, it does seem more real once you've had your ultrasound, but it really feels real at 4 or 5 months when the baby begins moving alot. One tell/tell sign is your stomach is hard as a rock when you gently push on it with your finger tips. You should definitely calm down, everything is just fine. Enjoy no morning sickness and feeling great, you could just be one of those lucky people.

i think you should calm down and don't stress about it. The more stress the more chances you have at having a Miscarriage. You don't have to have any signs of pregnancy to be pregnant. You're very lucky not to feel anything. Just relax.

I'm sure your fine, at that point in pregnancy you may feel perfectly normal. And just a word to the wise- if your not having morning sickness thats just pure good luck or genes. Some women just don't get morning sickness!! :)
Congrats and if your really super worried still- go see your OB.

i didnt have morning sickness or nausea nor did i have to pee alot and i was more hyper than tired
your breasts may not hurt till later in pregnancy if at all (if you have larger breasts then they grow later and less)

A misscarriage causes you to bleed heavily with unbearable cramps. Its like a period times 10. You would know if you had a misscarriage. Calm down, your next ultrasound will show a healthy baby! congrats!

Don't stress, if you had a M/C you would know i had one at 8 wks and it hurts. you feel like your going in to labor and you have bad cramping and you feel a sac come out. i would not worry if you are having bleeding check with our doc sometimes the tenderness changes. check out whattoexpect.com and they give you a week by week enjoy yourself, eat and be happy
