Riddle describing a book?

My boyfriend is going on a business trip now. I sneaked in a suprise in is suitcase (a book) I now want to send him a text with a riddle to finding the book. Any ideas?

A leather coat with two closed eyes
Open them wide to find the prize.
Folded items you must lift
Underneath you will find your gift.


[Leather coat refers to suitcase made of leather and the eyes the locks.If not leather, then change the word eg. if a blue suitcase put "a blue coat']

It all depends on where you left it, but poems are terrific, also an idea as to where you left it.
