I used to hide in a bottle or a baggie, but those don't work. I almost died before I figured that out. Best thing to do dear is wash the tears off your face, look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you will get through this. That you will kick this problem in the teeth. Then take a deep breath and walk out there and do it. Every problem has a solution, you just have to face it head on and look for the answer. If you don't the problem just gets bigger and bigger. Take care of it now while it's still manageable. You're a winner and you will come out on top.

When life DID crash down last year, I ran away to England for a month. Made me feel alot better actually.

I hide in my closet, with all the lights off, seriously, it's a walk in and nobody ever suspects it :-)

at my boyfriends...if it's a boy problem of some sort where I can't be with my boyfriend, I hide in my room and nap for as long as I can.
