when we will get our troops out of iraq's civil war?

It is not a civil war. There would not be a conflict if the US had not invaded Iraq. The war was started by the US and the US needs to finish it.

A piece in the NYT's on Sunday had interviews with gov't, military, and pundents, some suggesting 10 - 15 years is not out of the question.
