You should call your doctor and see what to do. It sounds like labor!

Even labour pains can be irregular at first.
Sound like you aren't going to have to be induced, your already on the way.
Stop the paracetamol. That's not going to do anything!
Keep up with the baths though, but only if you know your waters haven't broken- you could set yourself up for infection taking baths with your waters already broken...
Monitor the pains for a couple of hours, then phone the hospital.

Sounds like early labor, walk around and see if you can make the pains worse or better. Call and get checked out.

this actually sounds like labor! Try timing the "pains" to look for a pattern. Call the doctor and let them know what's going on, they may ask you to come on in!
Congrats and good luck!

I did not get diarrhea when I was in labor, but my mom and my older sister did.

It never hurts to call and be reassured that you are ok. It could be a bug but it could be something else. I'd call the doc and let him know to be safe. Better safe than sorry. Hun. And Congrats!

i HATE while that occurs lol many times the discomfort is constipation discomfort (which comes out like skinny poop thats no longer diarrhea) yet constipation discomfort many times is going away once you bypass so that's possibly your era until your relatively large constipated lol then i'd advise you to apply miralax, that's dazzling for helping you bypass and doing away with the cramps.

Sounds like labour to me - the diarrhoea is a bit of a giveaway too.
