Yesterday I almost fainted in a bathroom and nobody even cared, I was really sick to my stomach and nobody asked if I needed help. Got me thinking. I would've asked the person if he or she needed help. How about you?

Yes, I would have helped, had I been there. And I would have got you to somewhere less nasty to rest and gone for your Lion, also. It's just SAD when people ignore someone who is obviously in distress.

yes i would have it's a shame that more people out there don't help others oh they say they would but you know a lot of people will say that just to make them sound as if they care. used to around my home town you would never see a car sitting by the side of the road without someone to help now they say thank god i've been here for an hour or more and no one would stop. i try to help out as much as i can i treat people the way i want to be treated granted that it's not easy but i don't let that get me down

Yep, I'm a helper. In fact, my neighbor, who I really don't know, has apparently had knee/hip surgery. He was making his way up his drive last night with a walker, approaching his front steps. I right away asked if he needed help. (he declined, but the offer was there and sincere)
I was once broken down on the side of the road for 2 HOURS and not one person stopped. thank goodness for AAA

if someone is in need i usually try to lend a hand. especially wouldn't want someone passing out in a public bathroom. people pee all over that floor.
