I am about half a head taller than my husband without wearing heels. Most of the time i wear flat shoes, but i like wearing heels every so often. My in-laws are "small people" and i sometimes feel like a giant, but most of the time i don't care. I am about 5'8. How does other people see a couple like us ?

I always think it is cute to see a couple where the woman is taller. And I think she looks great in heels beside him, it shows the confidence they both have in the relationship.
Does your height and you wearing heels bother your husband??? If not, don't let it bother you. Ask him his opinion of you wearing heels. I think most men really like women in heels regardless of a woman's height.

Well, I always had a rule that I wouldn't date a guy who I was taller than, but now I can see where that was maybe a little extreme. Look at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. She's at least half a head taller than him, and they're OK. Well, they're creepy, but for other reasons. If he's OK with it, then you should be too, and don't shy away from heels, you Amazon goddess you!!!!

Who cares? Life is boring without variety. Wear heels all the time, present yourself like a model, odd/unusual doesn't always have to be a bad thing. ( :

I hope not. I'm an inch and a half taller than my husband. It hasn't been a problem for the past 20 years. I hope it doesn't become one in the future :-)

I too am a bit taller than my husband. Don't let it bother you. I even wear heels sometimes. It doesn't bother him either.

I had a girlfirend that was taller than me and I am 6 ft. tall...she was like 6'2 when she had shoes on...it didn't bother me because she was hot but I bet we looked kinda funny
