If you want the green to more stand out than the brown, use colors like dark forest green, plums, violet and line your eyes with these colors instead of black. Smudge for a smoky eye.
If you want the brown to stand out more, use colors like coppers, bronze, khaki, and even a dark blue.
Play with colors. It's fun!

use a brown kohl eyeliner and thinly line your upper lid and then smudge it a little with a Q tip. Then put a shimmery, pearly white shadow over the whole lid and lightly along the brow bone. Finish with several coats of jet black mascara, and make sure you do both the top and bottom lashes!!! i have green eyes too and this realllly makes them stand out! also if you want your eyes to look really wide and open put a little of the white shadow on the inner corner of your eye!!! good luck!

Use a black or brown eyeliner...One thing that you should never do is line the whole bottom of your eye. Start from the corner of your eyelids and line only half way on the bottom and all the way on top.. Try to use pencil eyeliner instead of liquid which makes it a more natural look...use a cute eyeshadow such as light greens, browns and use a dark color to crease your eyes...use mascara on both your bottom and top lashes..Good Luck!

Use an eyelash curler to curl your eyelashes. Make sure your eyelashes are dry, and always use before applying mascara.
To ensure your lashes are clump free, place the wand at the base of your lashes and wiggle it before using all over your lashes.
Use a kohl eyeliner around your eyes. Try to draw as close to your lash line as possible. It's best to stay on the "outside" of the lashes though -- the side further from your eye. If you use a bit of white eyeliner on the inner corner, it makes them sparkle.
Pick a colour scheme for your eyelids. Apply a darker colour to your lid up to the crease. Use a lighter colour over your entire lid.
If you want a sexy look, smudge your eyeliner with a cotton bud.

Use a liner from the outside to middle of the top and bottom lid.
Do not put any on the inner lid.
Do not use black.
Go over the liner with shadow the same color.

use natural color eyeshadows.. browns, greens, beiges..
put the lightest color right under your eyebrow.. the medium color on your lid and up to where the light color stops.. and then use the darkest one on the outside corners.. eyeliner && mascara..
if you look in magazines at pictures of girls, you'll understand what im talking about as far as where to put the colors..
hope this helps :)
