These days, if you're 70 you can expect to live another 10 to 15 years in relatively good health. In the 70 - 80 age group, women outnumber men about 125 women to 100 men. It's not a big gap, but it makes your task easier.
One thing that is a requirement is for you to have your own place. Women are too shy to visit you in a shared apartment.

Joy in intimacy and loving has no age barrier. If you express your joy in life, get plenty of exercise, and love being with other people, you will have little problem finding a partner.

When you look into these activities, adopt the attitude that you are going to be a volunteer with the activities, and not just an inactive participant. Women are attracted to an active, helpful man.
