Tuna is a large fish and absorbs more mercury in the ocean than most other fish. Mercury in excess can be toxic to the body, especially to the fetus in pregnant women. Consume tuna in moderation and there is nothing to worry about.

Just one. But it was a big "submarine" type sandwich, so I was able to get two meals out of it.
