Cup size = the measurement around fullest part of the breasts - the measurement around under the breasts

You may need a larger cup size to properly support your breasts. A good fitting bra should not dig into your shoulders, your breasts should not spill out of the cups, nor should the back ride up.

I recommend going to Victoria Secret's. They will do a free measurement fitting for you. Getting a fitting at least once a year because your body will change. You loose weight you will loose in your cup size or if you gain, you will probably gain in your bra too.

Go to a place where bras are sold, and ask someone to have you fitted.
